2. Cost/registration/application information
3. Review CPSM Exam content areas, question format and types, exam characteristics
4. Breadth and depth of content covered in the CPSM Exam
5. Review course materials with the CPSM Study Guide
6. Review selected questions and answers from the Participant Guide
7. Participate in individual and group activities to cement learning
PLEASE NOTE:  This introduction will NOT provide an in-depth tutorial of all knowledge areas.  It WILL provide you with the tools that you can use to develop your own study plan and to study more effectively.

Cindy has 26 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations and Engineering and is a Certified CPSM Trainer.  Her current role is as a Senior Buyer for PCMC where she creates a sustainable business by delivering value and building relationships throughout the organization.  Cindy holds a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and earned her Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas.  She serves on the Board of Directors for the Institute for Supply Management – Northeast Wisconsin Affiliate (ISM NE-WI), served on the Manufacturing Operations Advisory Committee at Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC), and taught Project Management as an Adjunct Instructor at FVTC.  Cindy has attained Professorship through Barry-Wehmiller and teaches the Culture of Service Foundations training class. She is a member of the New London, WI Planning Commission, as well. 
Her partner is Greg Watling and they have 3 children – two in college and one Sophomore in high school.  Cindy is an avid reader and champion napper.  She enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, camping, and singing.  When not negotiating with suppliers, she can be found kayaking, playing with gadgets and petting cats.  Cindy finds her greatest satisfaction by helping others reach their potential, so that every individual is able to discover and develop their unique talents and abilities.
